At Carhartt Reworked, we stand by the durability of our gear; if your trade-in purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original Reworked tags are still attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated shipping carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
